In this statement we would like to explain why and how we collect your personal data, how we protect it and for how long we keep it.


We keep your information as safe as reasonably possible and protect it from loss and unauthorized disclosure or access. We treat your personal data in strict compliance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 ('GDPR').

Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data, whether or not in electronic or automated form, for legitimate purposes. These purposes include, but are not limited to:


the management of orders, their processing in our accounting (invoicing);
the delivery of your purchased goods to the correct address;
following up on your payments;
customer management and customer administration;
following up the accounting figures and data;
compliance with all legal, regulatory and administrative obligations;
to send by email or by post invitations to tastings and promotions from our own company, or to keep you informed of our activities, whereby you always have the option to let us know that you no longer have this information wish to receive;

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6.1. (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.


You give your personal data with permission to use it for the specific purposes.


For example, the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of an agreement in which you are a data subject. We process them to provide you with a service, such as:


To invoice purchased goods;
To deliver purchased goods to the correct address;
To track payments;
To comply with legal obligations applicable to the company.


With your permission, we use your data to keep you informed about our activities, such as tastings, open days or promotions.

Which categories of personal data are processed?
Personal data includes any information that relates to or from which you can be identified.


For the purposes stated above, our processing of personal data includes:


standard information related to your identity: name, first name and (delivery) address (street, number, zip code and city);
to be able to reach you more easily in connection with an order: telephone number and e-mail address;
with your permission to receive news about our activities: e-mail address


Anonymous data, without the possibility to identify you, is not considered personal data. This concerns certain anonymous data that is registered via a visit to our website (date, time, duration of visit, pages visited, ...). We use data to analyze the website visit informatively and to optimize the website for users. We only use the IP address to determine the number of visitors. Our website does not track cookies.

Where do your personal data come from?
The personal data is provided by you to us, in the store, by telephone, via e-mail or via our social media channels (facebook and instagram).
In-store, we may ask you at the checkout if you are interested in receiving information about tastings and promotions. After your agreement, we can enter your email address to send you this information in the future.


We do not store this personal data via the social media channels, and we are not responsible for this. You decide what you share with us. You can adjust your data yourself in the privacy settings of the relevant social media platform. When using these platforms you are not bound by our privacy policy, but by that of the social media platform.

Who will have access to your personal data?
Internal use
Your personal data will be communicated to the manager and to the administrative and logistics employees for the handling and shipping of purchases that you make from us.


External use
Only for the above-mentioned purposes can personal data be communicated to and possibly processed by third parties with whom we have a contractual agreement, such as:


the accountant;
the insurer;
the lawyer.


The employees, managers and / or representatives of the aforementioned service providers and the specialist service providers designated by them must respect the confidential nature of this information and should only use this information in accordance with our instructions.


We never pass on your data to other third parties, such as other commercial companies.

Are your personal data transferred outside your country of residence?
Your data will not be passed on to Member States outside the EU.


Will the company use automated decision-making?


Automated decision-making is defined as decisions about individuals that are based solely on automated data processing and that have legal effects or that significantly affect the individuals concerned.


We set the principle first not to use automated decision-making as described above.

How long will your personal data be kept?
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting). This period is 7 years, so as long as the company is obliged to keep its accounts.


After you have shared your information with us, you have the right to access, change, transfer or delete your information if the law allows.

How do we protect your personal data?
We do everything we can to protect your data from third parties with all possible and appropriate measures and to process it with the greatest discretion.


What rights can you invoke in connection with the processing of your personal data by the company?


You have the right to contact us at any time with the request to:


Access, change or delete your personal data;
Restriction of or objection to data processing or transfer;
Withdrawal of your consent to data processing insofar as the processing of data would be based on your consent (however, this does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing operations);
Receiving your personal data to pass it on to another controller insofar as the processing is based on your consent or a contract ('right to portability').

You have the right to object, free of charge, to or to unsubscribe from any processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
